SOUNDBODY, LLC was founded by Troy J. Hines, B.S. Kinesiological Science-University of Maryland, due to a sincere fascination with the human body and its ability to change aesthetically & Physiologically.
In 2001, Soundbody Personal Training began with one client, and grew into a respectable business that has serviced hundreds of satisfied customers. Over a 10 year personal training career, Soundbody has had the pleasure of designing the off-season periodization and nutritional programs for the Pasco-Hernando Community College Athletic Department in Pasco County, Florida, as well as for 5-time Pro Bowl selection Offensive Tackle Chris Samuels of the Washington Redskins.
In addition, Soundbody Personal Trainers have had the globally enriching experience of traveling on international tours as health consultants for Grammy award-winning producers DEEPDISH.
